- I am addicted to helping people get healthy. I love to prepare nutritious meals for my family. Going to the grocery store or health food store is more exciting to me than any other type of shopping! Yes, I know I am a freak! Because of my passion for creating healthy meals and healthy kids, I often get asked questions about how to prepare certain foods, how to eat healthier and how to get our families on board! I admit, I don't have all the answers, but I sure do have a lot of experience! Raw foods are my passion, but I spend plenty of time preparing cooked foods as well, for my family of eight.
